· SUPER HEROES? ·

January 6th, 2010

For season five of Randy Jackson’s ABDC, Brandon, Seyi Peter-Thomas, and Matt Jablin (special Christmas break appearance) teamed up with Semerad to bring a Japanese anime influenced style to the image spots.

The use of shockwaves, static, glow, and a quake effect laced throughout the spots really gave the dance crew the cohesive and realistic “SUPER HERO” look the crew was looking for.

Just like Jabbs said, “This is fantastic! It looks like a million bucks!”

What do you think?

· ESPN SLIDES INTO THE CUP OF DEATH ·

December 21st, 2009

BKrock

After a three-day shoot capturing everything from the airport pick-up to a concert performance at the legendary Nevada Smiths in NYC, Brandon bunkered down in da lab for many hours and delivered the goods.

In addition to the concert performance, Brandon rolled out a sick trailer, a rockumentary, a photo shoot that showcases the latest in men’s fashion (Brand… please remind me to put those zebra tights on my Christmas list,) and a sweet black/white mini music video. Think Extreme’s ‘More Than Words’ plus a soccer net, some wigs and… actually the only thing that’s similar is it’s acoustic and in black/white. My bad!

Let us not forget a drum lesson with MONSTER MATT AMRETSNOM. And what would a metal band be without a signature shred off. I mean come on, The Group of Death only gets together once every four years for World Cup Soccer so you have to take advantage and give the peeps what they want! And how did we roll it out to the peeps?? Viral baby! Facebook, Youtube, and My… wait does MySpace still exist? According to Snookie from Jersey Shore yes it does! Anyway, enjoy and we’ll see you in Jburg!
